Although breakfast was not provided, the in-room coffee machine became a welcome feature, complemented by nearby cafés and eateries that reflect the vibrant local culture. Communication with the staff was seamless via WhatsApp, although I noted the lack of in-person interactions. This may appeal to those who prioritize privacy while traveling. The attention given to the details, such as USB charging ports and the exchange of pillows upon request, exemplified the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. While the lack of direct breakfast service might deter some, the nearby grocery stores and shopping options compensate for this shortfall. For a reasonable price, Suite Scarlatti delivers a comfortable and convenient stay in a safe and lively part of Naples. It’s a suitable choice for those seeking an efficient blend of luxury and practicality during their travels.
